January 2005, Neal reported to the board that the following renovations have been completed:

1. Adelphia box at trail entry on Vallejo East has been moved out of the trail at no cost to the Association.

2. Southern California Edison has removed the guide wires from the trail off Yorba going west at a cost to the Association.

3. A construction bid has been accepted for work to begin on removing wall encroachment on trail off La Paz going east. Work will begin when rain stops.
