Inspections of Properties

Property Inspections are done twice a year in the Spring and Fall. Inspectors consist of at least 2 directors, and 2 to 3 residents all agreeing on the inspection as seen from the streets. Inspection reports are mailed to each property owner with a copy for LRHOA files.

 

Mission Statement?:

Inspections are required by our CC&R's & ByLaws, and will contribute to your property value when corrections are made, if you have an infraction. The responses to our inspection reports have been encouraging and have added value to properties of neighbors and the entire community of Los Ranchitos.
