Membership

Upon purchasing your home or lot in Los Ranchitos, you are

automatically in the

Los Ranchitos Homeowners Association and are subject to its CC&R's.

To become a Voting Member, you must submit $25.00, annually to the Association by the record date set by the Board of Directors for the year.
