The responsibility of the AECC is to encourage CC&R compliance by monitoring the proper use and development of properties within Los Ranchitos. The objective of the committee is to protect the value of each owner's property, and discourage improper use of any parcel in such a way that would interfere with the enjoyment og adjacent property owners.
As specified in the LRHOA CC&R's, property improvements should be submitted to the AECC for review and approval prior to commencement of work. To assist in the timely review of projects, an application form is available for your convenience. Please click on "AECC Application," print out the form and complete, attach the appropriate documents and mail to the address shown on the application.
