ALL ABOUT LRHOA
Los Ranchitos Homeowners Association is a non-profit Corporation established in August of 1978.
It is in the Riverside County of the State of California in the City of Temecula’s southeast section.
The name, Los Ranchitos means “Little Ranches”. It consists of 189 parcels of two to five acres of rural, equestrian properties. In keeping with the rural atmosphere, the residents enjoy not having streetlights, curbs, and gutters. It is five minutes to “Old Town” and a fifteen minute drive to our Promenade Mall, and many other businesses.
The Homeowners Association consists of eight board members, who are residents of Los Ranchitos. The specific and primary purpose of the LRHOA is to enforce the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’S) applicable to Los Ranchitos and to conceive and initiate programs which will enhance the
entire community.
The Association has an active Architectural & Environment Control Committee and an Inspection Committee. The purpose of the AECC and and Inspections is to enable property owners to maintain a well kept community and protect the property
values of all.
The Association facilitates four events each year for the residents to meet each other in a fun way. Since we do not have a clubhouse, we meet in different resident’s backyards. Be sure to check out the
Events web page.
The LRHOA Board invites you to attend the monthly meetings held the 3rd Thursday of each month, except for July & December. We meet in LRHOA at 7:00 p.m. at Home Lutheran, 29141 Vallejo Avenue. Temecula, CA 92592. You can reach us either by email: ralston@ez2.net or telephone our management company, Ralston Mgmt. @ (951) 296-9030.
